While I was walking home, I saw this gentleman.  He was topless, and more than likely walking back home.  He was fairly clearly not completely sober.  I am also pretty certain he had a shirt when he left his home.

Today was Canada Day.  'Nuff said.

This is what Wellington looked like during the lull.  I tried to make my way up to Parliament Hill, which is just beyond the horizon, but I couldn't even make it there because the crowds were too thick.

I enjoyed the past three days.  Tomorrow should be a bit less busy.
